"War Relics Archives" was founded in 1988.  I located more than 7.000 "Individual War Memorials" in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and France (The Archives).
In 1990 I started concentrating on Paul Moreau-Vauthiers oeuvre (1871-1936).
